Stockbridge has its beginning in Atherton, California in 1978, when Eric Gustafson met partner Lee Livingston. Stockbridge completed their first deal in 1997 when they completed their first value-add apartment deal in Concord, California. From that time, they have brokered, managed or purchased over 900,000 square feet of commercial property in Silicon Valley, California and Utah.
